We're home at last. We left Hong Kong at 10:30 am and arrived home at midnight a day and a half later. The long flight home was so uncomfortable, but uneventful. Our flight out of Newark was delayed 3-1/2 hours, 1-1/2 hours of which was spent on the runway waiting to take off. But we did it.

Now I'm home, in frenzy mode: Sorting newspapers (they were supposed to be put on hold, but got delivered anyway), mail (I get a LOT of junk), laundry, souvenirs, etc. I have to go to the grocery store because we don't have anything, and I'm trying to supervise unpacking and a VERY inquisitive 2 year old. I'm realizing just how UN-childproof our house is!

Bonnie!!!!! I'm so glad to hear from you. We were in Maine and just got back. I'm looking forward to 8/20 too. (I get a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach when I think about going back to work... what could that be?)

Please call anytime.
