Primary Day
A funny memory, but no music attached. Since Grandmom Johnson didn't drive, Dad used to make a point of taking her to vote. During one election she was going to vote Republican. Dad was a Democrat. I remember he told me that he suggested to Grandmom that they both agree to stay home and call it a day.

Your Grandmother Min used to believe that a wife should vote the same as her husband as to not "cancel out his vote".
I believe that if my husband votes differently than me I should beat him until he succumbs!marni
