Our revised itinerary

July 11: Arrival Beijing at 1:45pm with CO89. Upon arrival, guide will pick you up and transfer you to
Novotel Peace Hotel.
July 12: Temple of Heaven, Panda House, Summer Palace.
Kong Fu Show. (B/L/D)
July 13: TianAnMen Square, Forbidden City, Hutong Rick
Shaw. Acrobatic Show as optional. (B/L/D)
July 14: Great Wall, Ming Tomb. (B/L/D) Taking Z67
train at 8:30pm to Nanchang.
July 15: At 8:06am arrive Nanchang by train. Upon
arrival, guide picks up and transfers to Gloria Plaza
Hotel. Gotcha in the afternoon.
July 16, 17, 18, 19: Adoption paper work week. In this
week, your guide will help you to finish all China
side of paper works and make sure the child¡¯s
passport ready on time. You may make a day trip to
Jingdezhen city to visit, but to visit orphanage
inside will need to get permit from Civil Affair. Your
guide will be able to tell you if she could get permit
or not in Nanchang. She will also tell you the cost to
go to Jingdezhen, you may pay the fees to her. Guide
will also offer some local tours, if you would like to
join the tour, please let her know and just pay the
expenses to her.
July 20: Child¡¯s Chinese passport ready. Taking train
T1557 at 5:22pm to Guilin.
July 21: Arrival Guilin by train at 7am. Upon arrival,
your guide will pick you up and transfer to Waterfall
Hotel. After refreshment, visit Seven Star Park and
Elephant Trunk Hill. Reed Flute Cave. (D)
July 22: Taking Li River Cruise at 9am. Finishing the
cruise at Yangshuo. Lunch will be served on boat. Then
back to Guilin and take soft sleeper train T40 at
9:48pm to Guangzhou.(B/L)
July 23: Arrival Guangzhou at 8:44am by train. Upon
arrival, your guide will pick you up and transfer you
to your hotel. Medical check will be in the afternoon.
July 24: Consulate Appointment at 9am.
July 25: Around 2:30pm, your guide will pick you up
from your hotel and take you to Consulate for your
Swearing In Ceremony. Your child¡¯s Visa will be ready
around 4:30pm. Before going to Consulate, please check
out at your hotel and have our guide to load all your
luggage on our bus, after the child¡¯s American visa
ready, you can go to the train station to take a train
to Hongkong.
July 26: Back to States from Hongkong.

And can you believe that we'll be doing the trip with a 4 year old and a 2 year old? We must be nuts!

No matter what I'm going to try to maintain a sense of humor. It's only 16 days.
